Outside Self is your new favorite source for media recommendations, whether you’re interested in books, music, movies, or television. We also offer information on submission calls, publish short stories and previews, and possibly more as we look to expand our brand.
Created and operated by Wesley Winters (author of Feed the Sky, What They’re Hiding, and Road Companion), OSM is a return to his original publishing roots, founded in music journalism.
The title of “Outside Self” derives from looking in on yourself from the outside and Winters’ personal history with heavy masking (as a person with Asperger’s).
